Role Overview:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver high-quality care to our patients. You will assist with a range of duties, including patient observations, phlebotomy, health checks, and supporting patients with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care, including taking vital signs and recording medical information.
Support the nursing and medical staff in delivering care to patients.
Perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks as required.
Assist with health promotion activities and patient education.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
A willingness to learn and undertake training if required.
